Mike Knutz supports statewide 4-H teen leadership programs and 4-H educators across central Idaho. Mike's passion is helping youth thrive through their 4-H experience.

Mike Knutz is an associate professor with the University of Idaho Extension 4-H Youth Development program. He has 20 years of experience as a county educator where he is known for his work in youth leadership, summer camps and outreach programs. Mike provides leadership on the Professional Development Committee for the National 4-H Thriving Model Taskforce. He also served as the National President for Epsilon Sigma Phi in 2019-2020. Mike's spark is helping youth thrive and grow towards reaching their potential.
