What We Do

The Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty provides support and mentoring for faculty processes related to hiring, professional development, performance and career reviews and professional and personal career transitions. The Vice Provost is a liaison with Faculty Senate, department chairs, associate deans and deans, as well as others across campus to discuss, develop, resolve conflict and address opportunities that directly impact the university’s faculty. The Vice Provost ensures faculty personnel processes are implemented consistently and equitably at the university.
