Teton Russet is a dual-purpose potato variety released in 2011 by the USDA-ARS and the agricultural experiment stations of Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Based on a three-year study conducted at the University of Idaho Kimberly Research and Extension Center, this publication describes the optimal storage conditions for the Teton Russet as well as compares the Teton Russet's behavior in storage with those of the Russet Burbank and Russet Norkotah.
