Prior to joining the College of Law, Professor Hinton was in private practice and taught federal income taxation as an adjunct professor.
Professor Hinton began his career as an associate attorney at Hawley Troxell. Since then, he has worked in-house, as well as at his own firm, dealing mostly with tax and business matters for entrepreneurs, startups, and ongoing business enterprises, both large and small.
Professor Hinton’s personal likes include dogs, cooking and doing anything outdoors.
