Outreach & Consultation

The CMHC provides educational programs to student groups on many topics, including stress management, anxiety, relationships, depression and communication skills.

Consultation is available to students, staff, faculty and parents to discuss concerns about students who are experiencing difficulties and recommend how to respond to and refer these students.

Request a Presentation

Get a better understanding of common wellness topics including mental health, alcohol and other drug use, relationships, nutrition and more.

Request a Presentation seven days in advance, and arrangements will be made to bring teaching materials and resources to your classroom or organization. Presentations normally last 40-60 minutes.

Mental Health First Aid

Helping faculty, staff and students understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.

Question, Persuade and Refer

QPR is an evidenced-based, 1-hour training program to help faculty, staff and students respond to someone in a mental health crisis and thinking about suicide.
