Employers
Experiential learning is not only beneficial to the student but also to the employer. Through internships and co-ops, you are able to teach moldable students about your company and prepare them for the potential of working with you full-time after they graduate. We pride ourselves in preparing our students to be work-ready through these experiential learning opportunities. All University of Idaho students are required or have the option to participate in some form of experiential learning before they graduate.
How to participate
As an employer, you can connect with U of I students by posting opportunities on our cooperative education program. Career Services also facilitates Career Fairs and Networking Nights to connect with students. Register through Handshake for Career Fairs and post opportunities on Handshake such as internships, full-time positions and events.
