PIT Crew Services
The following PIT Crew Services are provided on U of I-managed property on the Moscow campus for FREE from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, during fall and spring semesters and during academic breaks from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Available services include:
- Jump starts
- Vehicle unlocks*
- Assistance with flat tires
- Can for gas
- Shovel and sand (winter)
To receive assistance you must be with your vehicle and the vehicle must be parked on U of I-managed property on the Moscow campus. For assistance before 4:30 p.m., call 208-885-6424. For assistance between 4:30-9 p.m., call 208-885-7233 (SAFE). After 9 p.m. and on weekends, no vehicle-related services are available. Note that Pit Crew Services are never available on weekends.
*Please be aware that some vehicles can be more difficult to unlock when the temperature plummets. Depending on the temperature and vehicle make/model, we may not be able to unlock your vehicle.
