We do what we say we will do, on time and within budget. We are your one-stop shop for conference and event-planning needs. Our staff includes experienced, dedicated professionals who will work with you from the inception to completion of your event.

Information About Conference Services
Yes. We provide full financial management services. Experienced event planners work with you to develop a comprehensive budget that details expenses and can help determine registration fees. After the event, expenses are paid and a detailed financial report is prepared to summarize all income and expenses for the event. Should your event have a surplus income, we will return funds to your organization or we can to hold them for the next conference.
Yes. You have the flexibility in determining the services you require for your event. Once we know the services you need, we will provide you with an estimated fee for completing those services. We offer competitive pricing that makes doing business with us easy and surprise-free.

No. Our team is well-versed in coordinating events throughout the state and across the nation. We work closely with the University Inn Best Western and Coeur d’Alene Resort Conference Centers as well as venues, convention centers and hotels across the United States and beyond.
Yes. We offer flexible and secure registration payments. Payments can be made by credit card, check purchase order, wire transfer or cash (on-site or walk-in). A designated registration specialist will be assigned to your event.
