Join us for monthly free, interactive and fun cooking demonstration for busy college students. Learn the basics of cooking delicious and nutritious meals quickly and on a student budget. Each class features three different recipes and samples are included! No registration needed, just show up and bring a friend!
One Pot Budget Wonder: Make and Take an Easy Fall Meal

Join us for a hands-on cooking class centered around women's health, open to all! During this class, participants will learn knife skills, nutrition knowledge, food preparation, useful cooking techniques, with nutrition tips and tricks sprinkled throughout. Cooking skills of all levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced cooks. At the end, participants will get to enjoy the meal that was made together. Seats are limited and registration is required. Register online
