De-Stress Fest
April 28 - May 2, 2025
Relax and unwind for finals. Explore new ways to de-stress, take a break and have fun or participate in your favorite activity.
At the end of each semester, multiple campus entities come together to offer a selection of free activities for students to participate in to enhance their wellbeing and have fun ahead of a stressful time.

Group fitness classes will offer free access for all students the week of April 28 - May 2. Students may swipe in using their Vandal Cards for free group fitness classes all next week.
For unlimited drop-in group fitness options all semester long, students may purchase a pass at a prorated rate at the Info Desk at the Student Recreation Center.

Create at the MILL
Stop by the Making, Innovating, Learning Laboratory (the MILL) on the first floor of the Library May 2-6 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to relax and get creative!
The Well Space
The Well Space, located in the Student Recreation Center, is a space all students can use to relax, find health information, study, and de-stress. It is designed with well-being in mind and has many de-stress resources available for students. Drop by any time during open hours.
Alice's Room
Alice's Room provides a calm, tranquil space for meditation and reflection on the third floor of the ISUB.
