U of I Boise Undergraduate Degrees
The Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science, Communication & Leadership is a 2+2 Program between the College of Western Idaho and University of Idaho. After completing years one and two, you’ll earn your associate degree in agricultural science from CWI. You then transition to U of I and earn your Bachelor of Science in agricultural science, communication and leadership from U of I without leaving the Treasure Valley. The program is designed for working professionals and individuals who are place-bound to offer an opportunity to earn a degree related to Idaho’s most prevalent industry.
The Architecture program is your first step toward a career in architecture. We offer a program that explores the built environment and its role in how people live, work and play. It also teaches students about the power of architectural thinking and making. Students enrolled in this degree program through the Urban Design Center will take their first two years of coursework in Boise and complete their undergraduate coursework in Moscow. Students are then encouraged to pursue their professional degree, which is the next step to licensure, by continuing into our seamless Master of Architecture Program.
The Business and Marketing Education program focuses on the core areas of business critical to the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for success in the workforce.

The Engineering and Technical Education program may be accomplished in a 2+2 format, completing the first two years through the College of Southern Idaho, then the remaining two years in Twin Falls through the University of Idaho. All courses requiring use of specialized equipment are accomplished in Twin Falls.
The University of Idaho offers a pre-professional B.S. Environmental Design program, that provides an accelerated pathway to the accredited professional Master of Landscape Architecture degree program. Students enrolled in this degree program through the Urban Design Center will take their first year of coursework in Boise and complete their undergraduate coursework in Moscow. Students are then encouraged to pursue their professional degree, which is the next step to Landscape Architecture licensure, by continuing in the Master of Landscape Architecture Program, offered in our Moscow and Boise locations.
The Family and Consumer Sciences education option is for students interested in teaching family and consumer sciences subjects at the middle school, high school or post-secondary level. Completion of this option qualifies you for an Idaho secondary teaching certificate (6-12) in family and consumer sciences and usually economics, health and science (based on selected electives).
Our nationally accredited Bachelor of Interior Architecture Design (B.I.A.D.) goes beyond most other interior design programs to provide the interdisciplinary knowledge, real-world experience and environmental and social awareness needed to succeed in this dynamic profession. Students enrolled in this degree program through the Urban Design Center will take their first two years of coursework in Boise and complete their undergraduate coursework in Moscow.
For those interested in teaching the technical sciences involved with trade and industry. The Occupational Education program serves teachers in secondary education and industrial programs, as well as those with relevant work experience, who wish to teach in post-secondary career and technical education programs.
This is a 2+2 Program between College of Western Idaho and U of I or College of Southern Idaho and U of I. After completing years one and two, you’ll earn your associate degree in psychology. You then earn your Bachelor of Science in psychology from U of I. The program is designed for working professionals and individuals who are place-bound.
