North Campus Communities
Welcome to the North Campus Communities. Open to returning and transfer students, the NCC is the University of Idaho’s latest residence hall. The NCC offers eligible students an exciting opportunity to live in an affordable residence hall while retaining a high level of independence. Students staying in the NCC will have the opportunity to choose their involvement while still having access to support, campus resources and event programming. Additional amenities such as air conditioning and a free continental breakfast, making it an accessible and unique living option for students.
Rooms in the North Campus Communities are recommended for students who would like more independence than other residence halls. Both single and double rooms are available.

$2,425/semester, $4,850/academic year
North Campus Communities Single
$3,410/semester, $6,820/academic year
Rates are subject to Idaho State Board of Education approval.
Rates are billed to students per semester. Students who apply for fall housing will sign a full-year contract.
First-year students living in the residence halls and all students living in Wallace, Theophilus Tower North Campus Communities and McConnell are required to have a meal plan. Meal plan information can be found on the Idaho Eats Website.
