Online & Distance Learning

There are many courses in mathematics and statistics offered through the University of Idaho’s Engineering Outreach. These courses are in a video format – you watch the videotaped lectures by streaming video, then complete homework assignments and take exams through a locally arranged proctor. This format gives the flexibility of distance-education, while at the same time retaining the feel of a standard lecture-based course.

These courses through Engineering Outreach (EO) make it possible to earn two of our master's degrees completely by distance education.
