MVSC 486 Bike Education at McDonald

Friday, April 22, 2022 — Safe Routes to School and the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences provided in-school bike and traffic safety education at McDonald Elementary. Participants learned about helmet fitting, ABC quick checks, hand signals, and how to cross a street. This University of Idaho student led project is the first of its kind to be held in Moscow; using a rubber mat system which allow instruction to take place indoors during physical education class time.
