Adult, Organizational Learning and Leadership
The University of Idaho Adult, Organizational Learning and Leadership master’s program prepares leaders in a wide range of careers, including higher education, business, government agencies and nonprofit organizations. It offers a master's degree and also delivers a professional certificate in Human Resource Development. A Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Education with AOLL specializations are available as well.
The AOLL program is an online degree program with faculty members Sydney Freeman and Laura Holyoke located in Moscow, Krista Soria in Coeur d'Alene, Michael Kroth in Boise and Kyle Znamenak in Ohio.
The AOLL program has four student learning outcomes.

Human Resource Development Certificate

Develop." describe why you come to work each day, consider a graduate certificate in Human Resource Development from the University of Idaho. This five-course graduate certificate is designed for working professionals and also can be applied to a master’s or doctorate degree in Adult, Organizational Learning and Leadership. Upon completion of the certificate program, you will be nearly halfway to a master’s degree. The program is available online.
Courses typically are offered at least once during each academic year and may be taken in any order.
