Concessions
Concessions Operation
Campus Food Services operate all food and beverage concessions pursuant to their current contract with the University. The consumption, dispensing and selling of alcoholic beverages to the public without valid State of Idaho permit is prohibited in the P1FCU Kibbie Dome.
Novelty and Memorabilia Sales
The P1FCU Kibbie Dome will receive a commission of sales of all novelty, souvenir, tapes, records, and other educational or memorabilia merchandise related to any non-University of Idaho Intercollegiate Athletics event. Terms and conditions of such merchandise sales will be negotiated and included in the event usage contract by P1FCU Kibbie Dome Management.
Catering
Idaho Eats will meet any event’s food and beverage needs. They are very flexible and have a number of different menus to choose from. Contact them by phone at 208-885-2576 or the catering manager at 208-310-9587 for any questions you may have.
Alcohol Sales
If you are planning an event and wish to serve alcoholic beverages (beer/wine only) in the premium seating areas of the Kibbie Dome, you must complete, submit and receive approval using the University of Idaho Alcohol Permit Application and required attachments. Please note your application and documents must be submitted 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
Applications for Alcohol Sales
Applications can be picked up at Auxiliary Services located at the Wallace Complex Room 121 or requested by email. General information is available on the Auxiliary Services website. Once your application is complete you can mail it to the Auxiliary Services Office.
Alcohol Sale Minimums and Fees
All bars require a $300 minimum and bartenders fees of $18 per bartender, per hour (includes set up and clean up). Identifications will be checked at every event and wristbands will be provided by the catering department. A $40 alcohol permit processing fee will be added to the final bill. With an alcohol permit, University of Idaho Catering Services allows outside alcohol to be brought into events. The corkage charge for this service is $10 per bottle of wine and $1 per bottled of beer.
