In this program you will gain advanced training in nutrition through coursework and research. Work with accomplished faculty to address critical health issues. Current research expertise includes maternal and infant health and nutrition, human milk and breastfeeding, nutrition, food security, nutritional health disparities of marginalized groups, cognition and food safety.
