Pre-Med/Pre-PA Club
Thinking about becoming a doctor or physician assistant? Initiative, hard work, patience, communication, and perseverance are some of the required lifelong skills. U of I’s Pre-Med/Pre-PA Club wants to help cultivate these abilities while building a community of students dedicated to excellence. This is accomplished by providing the framework for interaction with local healthcare professionals, study groups, volunteer and other community involvement opportunities, and a supportive environment to help students along the difficult road to medical school.
Please visit our Engage UIdaho page and join the U of I Pre-Med/Pre-PA Club and find us on Facebook (Pre-Med Club of UIdaho)
Pre-Physical/Occupational Therapy/Athletic Training Organization
The Pre-Physical/Occupational Therapy/Athletic Training Organization (POTATO) supports and provides opportunities for students to learn more about the professions of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and athletic training. Its goals are to help students to be competitive applicants for PT, OT, or AT school, meet practicing professionals in the area, understand volunteering and shadowing opportunities in the Moscow/Pullman area, visit and tour regional PT/OT/AT schools, and fuel each other's enthusiasm for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and athletic training.
Please visit our Engage UIdaho page and become a member of the Pre-PT/OT/AT Organization.
