Fee

$2,500 includes instruction, materials, continuing education units, meals, and special events. Register early and receive a $100 discount.

Once you register, the EEC staff will send you a confirmation email with the link to reserve your room.

Dress

Dress throughout the Summit is business casual for both attendees and presenters.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Please submit cancellations and requests for refunds by email to uieec@uidaho.edu. Requests made before the deadline will be processed less a $150 administrative fee.

• Coeur d’Alene cancellation request deadline is May 2, 2025
• Washington, DC cancellation request deadline is July 31, 2025

No refunds will be made for cancellations after these dates.
Substitutions will be accepted until the first day of the program and processed for no additional fee.
